The southern pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge marks the starting point of what was to become Mosman Rowing Club (MRC). Known as Dawes Point, from 1873 Mercantile Rowing Club boated from this amazing location, a few hundred metres from Circular Quay. Growing traffic on a busy working harbour saw the club relocate to its current location at The Spit in Mosman in 1911.
Over the years, MRC has produced many of Australia’s most successful Olympic and international rowers and is committed to the development of rowing as a sport.
Redclean is delighted to provide cleaning services to this club with a proud history!
