The main point of difference with redclean and other franchise networks in the industry is that we DON’T sell franchises, we GRANT them. The recruitment process within redclean has five stages which we call the education process. The recruitment process is seen within our network as an education process because within each one of the five stages that the potential franchisee must go through, they answer all questions that arise throughout the information and researching stages of a potential franchisees purchasing phase. The potential franchisee is then completely informed and armed to make their educated decision on whether redclean is, or is not right for them personally.
The five stages are as follows;
Step 1. Initial Enquiry via Online, Telephone
Step 2. First face to face meeting at head office or at your home presenting the redclean systems and procedures as well as price structure.
Step 3. Second meeting is a drive around with yourself and partner or other interested parties to introduce you to current franchisees so you can ask all questions that can only be answered by active franchisees. At this time we also answer any questions you may have with the redclean system.
Step 4. We meet face to face to deliver all legal documentation and answer any question that you may need answering. Also at this stage finance is arranged if required.
Step 5. After independent legal or business representation has been sought and we have answered any questions that may have arisen and then the documents are signed then the Franchise offer is put forward. Training dates are scheduled at this point as well.
